Onshore Base Manager

The Onshore Base Manager is responsible for the daily operations for our workshop and warehouses in Tananger.  The main responsibilities are to lead employees, ensure procedures and safety standards are meet and maximize efficiency and productivity. As Onshore Base Manager it is expected that you are committed to our overall targets and strategi for the company.  

Key responsibilities: 
•Overall responsible for Well Services deliveries onshore according to contracts and       commitments, hereunder workshop, warehouse, and logistic organization 
•Optimize use of workshops, warehouse, and external equipment storage
•Drive improvement initiatives  
•Market our services and products 
•Follow-up relevant agreements/contracts with customers and suppliers 
•Report cost, progress and deviation in projects and daily operations 
•Maintain and develop good relations and good service towards our customers and suppliers. 

Qualifications: 
•Relevant formal background, BSc or MSc level, alternatively long relevant experience in the field including management experience. 
•Preferably 15 years’ experience onshore /offshore within the well service segment 
•Technical knowledge of Tubular Running Service products & Downhole tools is wanted, but not necessary. 
•Strong business acumen and customer service oriented. 
•Strategic thinking, change management, people/leadership, and influencing skills. 
•Previous experience from a management position 
•Accurate, systematic and have good sense of order. 
•Good written and oral English skills
