Logistics Coordinator CCB

We are now looking for a motivated and qualified logistics coordinator at our location at CCB Ågotnes. 

The right candidate has some of the following qualifications:

* Craft certificate within logistics, or other relevant education
* Experience with onshore / offshore supply chain logistics
* Relevant experience may compensate for formal education
* Certificates for truck, G-4 etc
* Good IT skills on ERP systems and Microsoft tools
* Good cooperation and communication skills

As a logistic coordinator at CCB Ågotnes your tasks will be to:

* Support internal customers in Odfjell Technology and perform tasks in accordance with company requirements and procedures
* Optimize use of warehouse and external equipment storage
* Support inventory management, Supply Base operations, Warehouses
* Contribute to continuous improvement in the supply chains in operation
* Keep management informed of the status, plans, development and trends
* Have knowledge of the system applications that are used in the Company and ensure control improvement work related to these
* Supervise personnel hired or employed by OTL for tasks/duties in the warehouse
* Responsible for the Customs Office and ensure that the customs accounting is kept updated
* Ensure that our packing routines are according to NOG-091
* Ensure that the goods received is registered in Odfjell Technology’s ERP systems
